HOW TO ORDER

You have 2 options for ordering a gift certificate from FEEL WELL. You can click "continue" on the bottom of this page and go to our secure order form, or you can just call and order over the phone at 516-679-8299.

SECURITY

We would like you to feel safe with our secure server, and guarantee that your purchase will be safe. This means that you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of your purchase at FEELWELL.tv. Our secure server is run by Apache-SSL (128 bit encryption). Information submitted via a secure form is sent to the server in an encrypted mode.

APPEARANCE

Gift certificates are presented in an envelope, with the Feel Well logo on the front. If the certificate is sent to the purchaser for the purchaser to fill out, the envelope will not be sealed.

A list of our services is included with the gift certificate. Price lists are not mailed with gift certificates unless the gift certificate has a flat dollar amount.

DELIVERY

FEEL WELL DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES

Regular mail delivery's will be sent out within 48 hours of completion of your order. Due to the increased volume experienced by the US Post Office around Christmas, please expect delays during the month of December.

Overnight delivery's will be sent out within 24 hours on the first business day after completion of your order.



SUBSTITUTIONS

We will happily make a substitution for any gift certificate with a service or amount equal in value.

PACKAGES

For a discounted rate, you can order packages of 3, 5 or 10 treatments.
